Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

If your order is lost in transit and the tracking shows no updates for 15+ days, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Our prints are designed to last! We recommend washing inside out with cold water and tumble drying on low for the best longevity.
