Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@codedrobe.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Can I cancel my order? β†’ Orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
  • Wrong size or color ordered? β†’ Since all items are made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges. Please refer to the size guide before purchasing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases of:
βœ… Orders lost in transit (no tracking updates for 15+ days)
βœ… Incorrect or damaged products (photo evidence required)

Refunds are not issued for:

❌ Slight color variations due to screen settings
